About

Software for the gap between a lead arriving and being answered

Most real estate leads are not lost to competition or to price. They are lost in the minutes between the inquiry landing and somebody with free hands noticing it. That gap is a software problem.

An agent in a showing cannot answer a portal inquiry properly. Looking up the listing means not being present with the client in front of them, so the message waits. By the time it gets a reply the person asking has moved on, or somebody else got there first.

The usual answers are to work harder or to hire somebody. Working harder does not fix a structural problem, and hiring an inside sales agent is a real answer that costs real money and only covers the hours you pay for.

The third answer is to hand the identical part of the job to software and keep the part that needs judgment. The first reply, the same five qualifying questions, offering a calendar slot, and day 3 follow-up are the same on every lead. Price strategy, a probate conversation, and whether a house suits a particular buyer are not.

That split is the whole product. Everything on this site follows from it.

Where this is right now

Working today
Web chat and email reply, qualifying flows, showing booking through a Cal.com embed, follow-up sequences, listing drafts, and the seven free tools on this site.
Planned
SMS reply, and WhatsApp through the official business API only.
Later
Voice. It is a separate service with its own recording-consent rules, so it comes after the messaging channels are settled.
Accounts
Not open yet. The waitlist is the way in, and the demo and the free tools need no account at all.

Principles

Six things that are not negotiable

These are the ones that would be easy to quietly drop for a better conversion rate. They stay.

The assistant says what it is

First message, every time, not a footer disclaimer. A consumer who works out three messages in that they were texting software has been misled, and that is a product failure rather than an etiquette one.

Refusing beats guessing

Asked about school ratings, crime, lending or what a seller would accept, the correct answer is that it does not know. A confident wrong answer sent from your office is a liability you did not sign up for.

Fair Housing is a design constraint

Qualifying never scores or routes by a protected characteristic. Listing drafts get a phrase check and a required human read. Those are not features to be toggled off.

Everything is readable

Full threads, transcripts written to your CRM, a visible sync log. A conversation you did not have should still be one you can audit.

The human stays in the loop

Anything emotional, legal, or off-script ends the automated part and pings you. The product is a door held open, not a replacement for being in the room.

No invented numbers

Statistics on this site come with a linked, dated source or they do not appear. The same goes for testimonials: there are none, because there is no customer to quote yet.

Who is behind it

One person, so far

This is a small independent product rather than a venture-backed platform.

I build and run this on my own. It started from watching agents lose leads to nothing more complicated than being busy when the inquiry landed, and from the fact that the fix is a well-understood software problem rather than a motivation problem.

If you want to ask something before you trust it with your leads, the email below reaches me rather than a support queue.

See what it sends before you decide anything

The live demo runs the full flow in your browser. No account, no card, nothing to connect. If the wording is not yours, that is the point of reading it first.

Accounts are not open yet. Joining the waitlist takes an email address and nothing else.
