Showing booking
Showings booked against your real availability
The last step of a good lead reply is a time on the calendar. The assistant offers only slots you actually have, applies your buffers, and writes the appointment back to your CRM.
Your calendar is the source of truth
Availability comes from the calendar you already keep. Block an afternoon and those slots stop being offered, with no second system to maintain.
Buffers and caps
Set travel buffers between showings, a minimum notice window, and a daily cap so Saturday does not turn into nine appointments across the metro.
Confirmations and reminders
The person gets a confirmation on the channel they were already using, plus a reminder before the showing. Reschedules go through the same thread.
Cal.com embed or your own link
Point the booking step at a Cal.com event, which is open source and MIT licensed, or at whatever scheduling link you already use.

The live demo runs the full flow in your browser. No account, no card, nothing to connect. If the wording is not yours, that is the point of reading it first.
Accounts are not open yet. Joining the waitlist takes an email address and nothing else.
