Open house QR code generator

Point it at your own sign-in form or landing page. The QR code and the printable sign are generated in your browser, and the consent line is included because a sign-in sheet without one is not much use later.

Where should the code point?

Your own sign-in form or landing page. The code encodes that URL exactly, with no shortener in between.

The consent wording above is a starting point, not legal advice. Have your broker or counsel review it for your state and your MLS before you print it.

The sign appears here

Enter your sign-in URL and the address. You get a printable sign with the QR code, the address, and the consent line, plus an SVG download if you want it on a larger board.

  • Built in your browser. The URL is not sent anywhere.
  • No shortener, so the code survives us going away.
  • Print styles strip everything except the sign.

How this works

  1. The code encodes exactly the URL you enter. Nothing is shortened and nothing is tracked through us.
  2. Error correction is set to level M, which survives a reasonable amount of print smudging.
  3. The printable sign is plain HTML, so your browser print dialog gives you a clean sheet.
  4. The consent line is a starting point. Ask your broker what your state and your MLS expect.
Output here is a working estimate or a draft, not advice. Where a tool touches consent, Fair Housing or MLS rules, the notes are general information. Ask your broker or your own counsel.

The live demo runs the full flow in your browser. No account, no card, nothing to connect. If the wording is not yours, that is the point of reading it first.
