Setup
- Decide where Zillow delivers your leads today: your CRM, an email route, or both.
- Point one delivery route at the address shown on the connection screen.
- Send yourself a test inquiry from the portal and confirm it appears as a thread.
- Check for an existing auto-responder on the same route so the lead does not get two first messages.
- Go live on one ZIP code or one agent before the whole team.
Limits worth knowing first
- Portal terms and lead delivery options change. Confirm your current setup with your Zillow representative.
- If your brokerage already routes portal leads through its own system, that order of operations wins.
- No portal data is resold or shared. It stays in your account.

- Send a test lead and open the record it created.
- Start with one lead source, not all of them.
