If your brokerage provides kvCORE or BoldTrail, you are not replacing it. This sits in front of it as the reply and qualifying layer, then writes the result into the Smart CRM so brokerage reporting still works.

Setup
- Confirm with your brokerage admin that API access is enabled for your account tier.
- Request credentials scoped to this integration only.
- Connect in Settings, Integrations, kvCORE or BoldTrail.
- Map the assistant to a single owning agent or to your team routing rule.
- Send a test lead and confirm the contact and note appear.
Limits worth knowing first
- API access and the fields available depend on your brokerage account tier.
- Some brokerage-level automations may also act on a new contact. Check for double texting before you go live.
- Lead routing configured inside the Smart CRM still applies and can override yours.
Before you go live
- Check for an existing auto-responder on the same lead route.
- Send a test lead and open the record it created.
- Start with one lead source, not all of them.
